FMX is the leading European conference on Animation, Effects, Games and Transmedia and has grown to become one of the most important international conferences in the industry during the past few years. More than 100 international press representatives attended FMX 2013 in Stuttgartā€™s Haus der Wirtschaft to find out about current trends, innovative approaches and latest achievements in the world of digital entertainment.

Please note: We only give out accreditations to journalists who report on FMX 2014! All journalists applying for accreditation must prove they are a representative from an official media organisation. Applying via the Ticket Shop does not guarantee accreditation. Each request will be reviewed before being authorized.

FMX is an event by the Filmakademie Baden-Wuerttemberg, organized by the Institute of Animation, Visual Effects and Digital Postproduction, hosting the Animation Production Day (APD), a joint venture with the Festival of Animated Film Stuttgart (ITFS). It is an event in cooperation with VES Visual Effects Society, ACM SIGGRAPH, 5D Institute and Eurographics, with special support by AMCRS, Autodesk, Backstage and Beijing Film Animation Association. FMX is funded by the Ministry of Science, Research and the Arts and the Ministry for Finance and Economic Affairs of the State of Baden-Wuerttemberg, the Stadt Stuttgart, the MFG Film Funding and the FFA German Federal Film Board.
