Workshops

Workshops constitute an important part of the conference program. You will  find yourself in a perfectly  fitting environment, benefiting from the conference’s excellent reputation and its engaged audience, presenting your products and services within the high-quality tracks at FMX.

A one-hour slot consists of 50 minutes of presentation and 10 minutes for both tech check and room arrangements.

We are happy to communicate all of your technical and catering requirements on request. Recording or live streaming is also possible. In addition, you can book your own camera team directly from FMX. For more information cf. "Web Live-Streaming & Recording" or contact

The booking of a Workshop comprises:

Conference room equipped with projection, audio system, technical on-site support, WiFi, editorial entry in the printed Program Guide and on the FMX website (submission deadline 01.03.2017), company logo in the Partner Section of the FMX website linked to your website, 1 x accreditation for the speaker, 1 x conference access for staff.

19% VAT (sales tax) will be added to prices. General terms and conditions of FMX 2017 apply. Additional conference passes with approximately 50% discount for staff on request.

FMX is an event by the Filmakademie Baden-Wuerttemberg, organized by the Animationsinstitut, hosting the Animation Production Day (APD), a joint venture with the Festival of Animated Film Stuttgart (ITFS).
