FMX ON DEMAND GUIDE
FMX On Demand will be available for FMX Ticket holders - except Day Pass holders - at the FMX website from April 27 to May 31. You will find recordings of most conference sessions there. To access FMX On Demand, please carefully read this guide. It will inform you:

For the best experience, we recommend using the conference platform with a desktop or laptop computer rather than a mobile device.

1. How to log in to the FMX website
If you already have an account from last year, sign in.
Create a new account by clicking on "register". Please make sure to use the e-mail address associated with your ticket purchase, set a new password, and verify your e-mail address. Please also check your spam folder for the verification link after setting up your account.
Now you can log in to our website via the login button on the top right corner or via this link.
Simplify your login experience via Social Login to skip the registration verification. You can use the information from your social account to facilitate the login to our website.
2. How to get access to FMX On Demand
After successful registration or sign-in, visit https://account.fmx.de/ticket to redeem your FMX Ticket. You should see your ticket ID already filled in. Click continue to redeem it.
If your ticket ID is not filled in:
- If you bought tickets via our ticket shop, you can find it on the eTicket we have sent via email from mailto:booking@fmx.de.
- Speakers and contributors, please contact mailto:helpdesk@fmx.de.
3. How to watch presentations
Simply browse the Program Schedule to find out what presentations are available for video on demand: look out for the turquoise VoD flag.
Click on the presentation you would like to watch. A page with an integrated video player will open.

4. How to Set Your Favorites
Our website gives you the opportunity to plan your individual conference schedule by marking your favorites. Every presentation has a golden star symbol in the upper right corner - click on it to add it to your favorites. If you click on a presentation, you will find an "Add to favorites" button below the presentation title.
In the top navigation bar of our website there's a "Favorites" tab leading to your personal selection of favorites.
FAQ
Why do I need my ticket number to log in?
If you need your ticket number to log in, you are trying to log in with an email address that is not associated with your ticket. When you purchased your ticket, you were asked to provide a unique email address for the ticket holder. If you are using that email address, you do not need the ticket number.
Where can I find my ticket ID?
You can find your ticket ID under the QR-Code on the eTicket you received attached to an email from booking@fmx.de with the subject line Your Ticket for FMX 2024.
Can't find the email?
Alternatively, you can log in to the booking self-service with your booking ID from the email with the subject Booking Confirmation FMX 2024 from booking@fmx.de to download the eTicket with the ticket number.
If all of that doesn't work, please contact helpdesk@fmx.de.
I created an account, but haven't received a verification link. What should I do?
Please check your spam folder. If you can't find an email with your verification link there, please get in touch via helpdesk@fmx.de.
I authorized my registration on my mobile phone, but the registration process does not proceed on my desktop computer where I started it. What can I do?
Please refresh by pressing the F5 key. You should now be able to proceed.
When will the On Demand program become available?
FMX VOD presentations will become available on April 27. Most sessions will be online until May 31. However, there are some exclusive presentations that will only be available for a limited amount of time.
Which on site presentations are available via video on demand?
Browse our schedule and look for the little turquoise VoD flag. On site presentations with this label will become available for video on demand on April 27. If you’d like to watch an on site presentation via video on demand, log in and click on their slot in the schedule. You will find the recording there.
